DETAILS
The apartment (about 70 sqm) is located on the 3rd floor of an
18th century building without an elevator. There is a bedroom
with a king-size bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a fireplace,
TV Colour, video and telephone, a fully equipped kitchen and a
bathroom with a shower-stall. The kitchen is equipped with gas-stove,
fridge, oven, pots, cutlery. The heating is indipendent. The apartment
is complete with linens.
AREA
The apartment is in the heart of Trastevere, one of the most ancient
and characteristic zones of Rome. Trastevere was ,above all, a
popular district inhabited by artisans and small traders attracted
by the proximity of the docks on the south of Tiber Island.
Trastevere has never lost his popular character; poets who celebrated
Rome in the local dialect have always found a response there.
All along the noisy Viale di Trastevere, the side streets are
packed with stalls and coster's barrows beneath the benign watch
of Madonnas lit up by small lanterns. On summer evenings the quiet
squares are transformed by happy family groups eating out in the
open air; a charming aspect of the Roman way of life. Very close
to some of the most tourist places like Anguillara Tower, San
Crisogono, Santa Cecilia, Piazza Trilussa, Basilica of St. Mary
in Trastevere.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
The apartment is well served by the ATAC bus lines 23,44,75,280
and by the tram line 8.

- Where applicable, the price includes gas and electricity up
to EUR 1.50 daily. If the amount exceeds this, (which is generally
very difficult) the balance will be charged to you before vacating
the apartment.
- The final cleaning fee is not included in the price and is requested
of you before entering the apartment. This fee is EUR 38.50.
- Please note for arrivals before 9 am, after 7 pm, on Sundays
or public holidays there is an extra charge of Eur 36.00.
- The prices are seasonal and can therefore be changed.
- The prices depend on the number of people booking the apartment.
