DETAILS
The apartment, approximately 90 sqm, is located on the 3th floor
of a building of 1700 without a lift but with an easy climb, arched
ceiling and frescoed walls. The
wide hall includes kitchen area (with stove, oven, fridge, washing
machine, pots, crockery) and a living room with a double sofa
bed, table with chairs and sideboard, colour TV and telephone.
The
first bedroom is furnished with two single beds, night tables,
wardrobe. The
second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed. All the rooms
face a great balcony full of sun. The bathroom is wide and furnished
with bathtub and shower.Autonomous
heating system. The apartment is complete with linens.
AREA
The area, south of Campo Marzio, is delimited by the Tevere river
and by Corso Vittorio EmanueleII. The narrow streets twisting
around Campo de’ Fiori give a special impression to the new
corner: lomg obscure lanes, so narrow that in some areas an arch
is close enough to connect both sides of the lane, the most modest
houses line shamelessy mansions with noble and sober appearance.
In the environments of Campo de’ Fiori is possible to admire
the Largo Argentina’s Sacred Area, the Cancellery Palace,
the Farnese Place, the Monte di Pietà Chapel and the Pantheon.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
The apartment is very close to the underground station "Spagna"
and Atac us stop routes n. 46, 62, 64,70, 87, 186, 492, 204, 628,
640, 810, and ATAC electric bus routes n. 116T and 116, and Atac
tram n.8.

- Where applicable, the price includes gas and electricity up
to EUR 1.50 daily. If the amount exceeds this, (which is generally
very difficult) the balance will be charged to you before vacating
the apartment.
- The final cleaning fee is not included in the price and is requested
of you before entering the apartment. This fee is EUR 38.50.
- Please note for arrivals before 9 am, after 7 pm, on Sundays
or public holidays there is an extra charge of Eur 36.00.
- The prices are seasonal and can therefore be changed.
- The prices depend on the number of people booking the apartment.
