DETAILS
The apartment (about 60 msq) is situated on the second floor of
a small 18th century apartment building without a lift but with
comfortable stairs. A nice Livingroom furinshed with a double
sofa bed and color TV, leads to a large bedroom with a king size
bed. The double bedroom faces an internal street. In the dining
room there is an antique dinner table and furniture. The kitchenette,
linked to the lounge room, is fully equipped with gas-stove, fridge,
pots, cutlery, a little dinner-table. The bathroom is provided
with a shower. The gas heating is independent. The apartment is
fully equipped with bed-linen, table-linen and towels.
AREA
The apartment is situated on Corso Vittorio Emanuele II. The zone
lies Piazza Navona and Piazza Campo de Fiori. In the Antiquity
the district was just on the south of Campus Martius and was chosen
by Pompey for the construction of several important buildings.
The narrow streets around Campo dé Fiori contain simple
houses and austerely noble palaces standing side by side in quiet
harmony in the unassuming lanes. Some of the most important tourist
places in the zone are the Area Sacra del Largo Argentina, the
Chancery Palace, the Palazzo Farnese, the Cappella del Monte di
Pietà, the Pantheon.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
The apartment is close to the underground station "Spagna"
and it is well served by the ATAC bus lines 46,62,64,70,87,186,492,204,628,640,810,
the electric bus lines 116 and 116T, the tram line 8.

very difficult) the balance will be charged to you before vacating
the apartment.
- The final cleaning fee is not included in the price and is requested
of you before entering the apartment. This fee is EUR 38.50.
- Please note for arrivals before 9 am, after 7 pm, on Sundays
or public holidays there is an extra charge of Eur 36.00.
- The prices are seasonal and can therefore be changed.
- The prices depend on the number of people booking the apartment.
