DETAILS
The apartment is situated on the first floor af an 18th century
building. The lounge room is very wide with two big windows facing
on Via dei Cappellari; it is furnished with a very nice bookcase,
a marvellous table and two large divans. The wood-beam ceiling
is quite high (about 5 metres) and impressive. Some stairs leads
to the mezzanine with a king-size bed and a big wardrobe. From
the lounge room a corridor leads to the kitchen which is fully
equipped with gas-stove, fridge, freezer, pots, cutlery, washing-dryer,
dishwasher. From the kitchen some stairs lead to another floor
where you can find the other bedroom, furnished with a king-size
bed, and the bathroom with the shower-stall. The heating is independent.
The apartment is complete with linens.
AREA
The apartment is situated in the "Campo dé Fiori"
zone very close to the famous Piazza Campo dé Fiori. The
zone lies between the Tiber and Corso Vittorio Emanuele II. In
antiquity the district was just on the south of Campus Martius
and was chosen by Pompey for the construction of several important
buildings.The narrow streets around Campo dé Fiori contain
simple houses and austerely noble palaces standing side by side
in quiet harmony in the unassuming lanes.Some of the most important
tourist places in the zone are the Area Sacra del Largo Argentina,
the Chancery Palace, the Palazzo Farnese, the Cappella del Monte
di Pietà, the Pantheon and Piazza Navona.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
The apartment is 15 minutes walk from the underground station
"Spagna" and it is well served by the ATAC bus lines
46,62,64,70,87,186,492,204,628,640,810, the electric bus lines
116 and 116T, the tram line 8..

- Where applicable, the price includes gas and electricity up
to EUR 1.50 daily. If the amount exceeds this, (which is generally
very difficult) the balance will be charged to you before vacating
the apartment.
- The final cleaning fee is not included in the price and is requested
of you before entering the apartment. This fee is EUR 38.50.
- Please note for arrivals before 9 am, after 7 pm, on Sundays
or public holidays there is an extra charge of Eur 36.00.
- The prices are seasonal and can therefore be changed.
- The prices depend on the number of people booking the apartment.
