"Our apartment was lovely.Around Piazza Tuscolo there were lots of pizzerias and ice cream parlours and bars selling delicious pastries and coffee until well into the night. There was a taxi rank right on our front doorstep and a metro station was within 100 metres, so the centre of Rome was very accessible and felt right on our doorstep.It was a modern apartment in a modern block and there didn't seem to be any other rentals there, just us.It was very quiet and was a great base for the centre of Rome.Roman Reference were very friendly and very easy to deal with.Everyone spoke English and the best I can say for them is that they made everything go very smoothly, which is what you want from an agency.Compared to the hotels I looked at and bearing in mind the location, convenience and the quality of the apartment, I thought this was fantastic value."
